At Phillip A. Jones Consulting, LLC, we believe that reentry begins on Day One of incarceration. To that end, we have just created an entirely new approach to reentry services. Our teaching model, Exit 2 Excellence, is a comprehensive, unique and sustainable approach to reentry services. Exit 2 Excellence brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and understanding to the reentry and rehabilitation arena. What Exit 2 Excellence does that no other program has managed, is to address the root causes of incarceration, as well as the emotional and psychological component of those causes. The program – unique in its approach, as well as its model – leads with support and compassion.

In fact, the first four chapters are: Trauma, What Went Wrong, Values, and Accountability. Exit 2 Excellence employs a keen focus on such crucial components of rehabilitation such as support, understanding and healing. Our teaching model fully embraces the idea that there is no successful reentry without physical, emotional and psychological health.
